   I am a licensed barber and I decided to purchase this trimmer after spending over $70 on Andes trimmers that suddenly stopped cutting. This trimmer is less than half the price and is a true work horse. It comes with many attachments, a cleaning brush and a cute little travel bag. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy but other than that, I am very satisfied. I will be purchasing another one for back up!! I love it!

   I would give this 6 stars if possible. For men that cannot shave with a blade or a razor, if you’re careful, this is a perfect replacement. Gets stubble down to riiiighhhttt above your skin. Just enough that there is absolutely no razor burn and a 5 o’clock shadow. Be careful not to cut yourself as it’s very sharp. Additionally, it’s great for lining up the ears, forehead, and eyebrows.

   I’ve spent way more money on so-called “professional” hair clippers and this non- professional clipper is WAYYY better. It trims the hair super close and leaves edges super clean. My mom also cuts men’s hair and she ended up taking this clipper from me, so I had to buy another. I’m buying one more for my husband— total I’ve bought THREE so far.

   It works great to trim as wxoscted. . But I use it to shave. I’m Afro amer and trying to deal with he razor bumps so I shave with it. It’s not a razor so I don’t expect to get a clean shave. It gives a very light 5:00 shadow look (if u take he time to shave. About 10 mins for me) At first I thought it was crappy for shaving but after about a week shaving with it I noticed many looks and smiles from women. Been using it to shave ever since. I willl admit it takes longer to use as a shaver. It does not give a clean shave as you would get when using it as a trimmer. U need to continue to shave/scrape over the same sections(stubborn beard hairs) until it’s shaven close enough for u. Again, takes me at least 10 mins over he same areas to get my desired shave. . Overall Good product.

   This is a good quality trimmer but be warned it gets VERY close to the skin. I didn’t realize was a close trim it was and basically shaved part of my head. It’s perfect as a face trimmer though. Would recommend.

   I am quite happy with the clippers. When I first picked them up, I could see why they were only 23 bucks. Lightweight… not like my Andis professional clippers (years ago…), but when I used them, they do the job very well. Clean lines, crisp and easy… so no complaints. For that 23 bucks, I have years of use and I have exactly what I got them for – keeping my beard sharp and clean and necklines and hair lines. So, all is good – I am pleased and recommend them. They aren’t the top, but the top costs over 2 times and much. These are quite adequate.
